Summary of Work
Construction is completed that improved the drainage on Hwy 14 on the hill between Stockton and Winona. Drainage was improved to guard against future erosion along the slope. The shoulder was widened, and guardrail was replaced. This work started June 1 and was completed Nov. 20, 2025.
Hwy 14 will be repaved in 2026 in a separate project.
