About this project
Public meeting
The public is invited to attend a public information meeting. Attendees will be able to talk with project managers, ask questions and receive information about the project.

Time: 4-6 p.m. (no formal presentation is planned)

Summary of Work
Construction is planned to improve the drainage on Hwy 14 on the hill between Stockton and Winona. Drainage will be improved to guard against future erosion along the slope. The shoulder will be widened, and guardrail will be replaced. This work is scheduled June 2 to November 2025.
Hwy 14 will be repaved in 2026 in a separate project.
