Project details
In 2024 and 2025, the Minnesota Department of Transportation will replace the two existing metal culverts at the Pelican Creek, just west of the County Road 4 overpass bridge, with span beam bridges.
In 2024, crews constructed the bridge on the eastbound side, which was completed in November. Lane closures start April 30 in both directions, with traffic switching to head-to-head on May 5 for construction of the westbound bridge.
