Hwy 27 will close between Co. Rd. 8 and 380th Ave., north of Hillman, Morrison County, to replace a bridge

• Detour uses Morrison Co. Rd. 8 Hillman, Morrison Co. Rd. 39/Mille Lacs Co. Rd. 21 and Hwy 169 Onamia
• Access will be maintained north and south of the bridge closure
• Locals may want to find alternate routes nearest their destination

  

About this 2025 bridge project

MnDOT will replace the Hwy 27 bridge over a stream, built in 1960, just east of Morrison Co. Rd. 8 and 12 miles west of Onamia.

Summary of work

• Replace bridge
• Resurface road approaches
• Revise signal approach system at Co. Rd. 8
• Update shoulder barriers/railing and ditch slope
