MANKATO, Minn. – The northbound Highway 169 entrance ramp to eastbound Highway 14 in Mankato is expected to close to traffic on Monday, April 21 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for overhead sign repairs, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
Traffic will be detoured west on Highway 14 to Lor Roy Drive, where drivers can rejoin eastbound Highway 14. Motorists are also encouraged to consider alternate routes.
Additionally, eastbound Highway 14 near the Minnesota River Bridge will be reduced to a single lane. Drivers should anticipate delays and are urged to be patient and pay attention while traveling through the work zone.
Crews will be repairing an overhead sign that was damaged last year. All other ramps at the Highway 14/169 interchange will remain open.
