Highway 61 Cook County culvert replacement public meeting April 23

DULUTH, Minn. – On Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 5 p.m., the Minnesota Department of Transportation will hold an information meeting about construction occurring this year on Hwy 61 between Grand Marais and Grand Portage at the Hovland Town Hall (4957 East Highway 61 in Hovland).

MnDOT will replace 6 culverts along Hwy 61 over the next two summers starting on May 19. Traffic at each location will be controlled by a temporary signal during work.
